This term we have been learning about marine habitats. I have been learning about megalodon sharks. The scariest sharks in the ocean.

    Kia ora Bryan,
    The scariest shark in the ocean?! Wow! That made me think they are still alive!
    I saw a photo of a megalodon's tooth - it was at least 4x the size of my hand!
    Can you tell me 2 more facts about these ancient ancestors of today's sharks?

      The megalodon shark is the closest relative to the great white shark.
      No one knows why Megalodon went extinct.
